For Gift Items:
Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged with a receipt/gift receipt for goods or a Violet London gift card for the same value.
Conditions for Returns:
Any item being returned must be unused, in its original condition (including packaging and labelling), and have all tags attached. If you use the item or remove/tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.
Discounted and Offer Items:
Items purchased at a discount or as part of an offer are not eligible for exchange or refund. All sales on discounted or promotional items are final.
Returns without a Receipt:
