Returns and Refunds​

For Online Purchases:

You have 30 days from the despatch of your order to return your purchase for a refund, either to a store or by post with your despatch note as proof of purchase.

For Store Purchases:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your purchase for a refund to any Violet London store with your receipt as proof of purchase.

For Gift Items:

Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged with a receipt/gift receipt for goods or a Violet London gift card for the same value.

Conditions for Returns:

Any item being returned must be unused, in its original condition (including packaging and labelling), and have all tags attached. If you use the item or remove/tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

Discounted and Offer Items:

Items purchased at a discount or as part of an offer are not eligible for exchange or refund. All sales on discounted or promotional items are final.

Returns without a Receipt:

If you do not have a receipt, we will only accept the item for exchange. The item must still meet all other return conditions (unused, original condition, tags attached).

Faulty Items:

If something you buy is faulty, we recommend that you take it back to a Violet London store with your Despatch Note so that we can review the item and assess the fault.

  • If the item is deemed faulty, we will issue a refund or exchange.

  • If the item is not faulty but has suffered from excessive wear and tear, misuse, or malicious damage, we will not offer a refund or exchange.

Exchanges for Online Purchases:

We're sorry, but we can't offer an exchange as part of our returns process for items purchased online.

  • If you wish to return an item and want the same product in a different size or color, or simply a replacement product, you will need to place a new order online for the item you require.

  • Your new order will be sent to you directly, and we will process your return according to our returns policy as soon as we receive the returned item.
